Interpretation: In these terms,

• “Company” means Aaha Impex Pvt. Ltd.
• “Customer” means the purchaser of Goods from the Company.
• “Goods” means all goods/items sold and/or delivered by the Company to the Customer.
• “Terms” means these terms and conditions of sale.
• “Placement of order” means when the payment has been made by the Customer and order confirmation has been issued by the Company.
• “Order” means any product/(s) purchased by the Customer from the Company for which a confirmation acknowledgment is provided to the Customer.

Account Registration:

To avail services from our website, you are required to register yourself, by entering your basic details, creating a user id and logging in every time you seek to make a purchase. You may modify your personal details or access your purchase history by selecting the ‘My Account’ link.

Note: By making a purchase from the website, it is deemed that you have agreed to accept and abide by the Terms & Conditions of usage of the website, in the present or modified form, as the case maybe.

Price:

• The price of all products will be decided by the Company and we strive to provide a competitive pricing. 
• The prices mentioned in the website is inclusive of all taxes and no additional price will be levied. 
• All the products listed on the site will be sold at MRP, unless otherwise specified. 
• Under no circumstance, the Company will entertain any negotiation for the price of any product listed on the website.
• The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the final price. In case of change in the price, after the placement of order, the same shall not affect your order.

Payment Option:

Shipping And Delivery:

• The Customer will be intimated by the Company regarding the shipping details of the order. The purchased goods will be shipped at the earliest and our delivery partner will ensure that it is delivered within 7 days from the date of placement of order. 
• Orders above Rs.999 will be delivered at free of cost. For order below Rs.999, additional delivery charges will be levied, as indicated against each order. 
• You are advised to check the availability of delivery service to your area, by entering the pincode, before placing your order.

Cancellation:

In case you want to cancel an order, you may do so by accessing “My Account” section. A customer can cancel an order only upto 24 hours before delivery.

Refund:

In the event of any cancellation, the payment, if any, made will be refunded fully, subject to the time period taken by the concerned bank(s) in processing the request.

Return & Replacement:

• We take utmost care in providing you the best products. In the event, you are not satisfied with the product, you may opt for return and replacement of the product.
• In order to initiate a return/replacement request, you are advised to place your request with the mobile no. 72085 26654, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any request after 7 days will not be entertained.
•  You are also required to share product details such as the image(s), batch number, product name, manufacturing & expiry date of the concerned product by sending an email to contact@thegoodroots.store .
• Kindly retain the concerned product in its intact condition and handover the same to the delivery partner once the return & replacement request has been confirmed.

Modification of Terms & Conditions:

• The Company reserves its rights to modify the Terms & Conditions of usage of the Website without any prior notification to you. You are advised to regularly review the Terms & Conditions for any change. 
• In the event, the Terms & Conditions, in the present or modified form, are unacceptable to you, then you should discontinue the use of the service provided by website.

Licensing & Site Access:

• The Company, provides you with a restrictive sub-license of accessing, using the website, for the purpose of making purchase or modifying your account details. The same does not grant any right to modify the contents of the website or download any portion, except with the written consent of the Company. Further, this restrictive license does not grant any right to resale of the products listed or commercial usage of the website or collection of information regarding the products listed or any derivative usage of the contents of the website or downloading/copying the account details of other users for the benefit of another commercial seller or data mining or gathering of the contents of the website, for use by a person other than a person authorized by the Company. 
• No portion of the website may be copied or reproduced or resold or duplicated or used otherwise, without the written consent of the Company. 
• Any unauthorized usage of the website, except according to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, will lead to legal consequences.

Copyright & Trade Mark:

The Company is the owner of the registered trade mark GOODROOTS and is the owner of all the intellectual property rights in terms of the contents of the website and the product listing mentioned therein. You are prohibited from copying or modifying or duplicating or reproduce the contents of the website or the product listing for any other purpose, except for personal use. The restrictive license mentioned above does not confer any license, to the customer, in respect of the intellectual property rights held by the Company in respect of the contents of the website or the products mentioned therein. Any unauthorized use of the registered trade mark or any other content of the website is liable for legal action.

Law & Jurisdiction:

• The terms & conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. 
• Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, arising out of the terms & conditions, shall be referred to arbitration, conducted by a sole arbitrator. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. 
• The seat of arbitration is at Thane and the arbitration venue(s) may be located in Thane or in Mumbai or elsewhere, as per party convenience.
• Alternatively, parties may also opt for ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) provided by any Indian Arbitration ODR platform, which is mutually agreed to between parties.

Termination:

This user agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either of the parties.

Know Your Product:

• Product Sourcing: We source our products from local farms, which has the best hygiene, to ensure the highest quality, freshness and which preserves the food in its natural form intact. By this, you are provided with a delicious and authentic food product.

• Organic Certification: We take utmost care and caution to ensure that most of the products available on our website are organic. Each product is certified as organic to validate the same. Sometimes, if the product is not organic, we provide the same in its natural form and it is mentioned as natural.

• What is a Natural Product? According to FSSAI, a food product means any substance, whether processed, partially processed or unprocessed which is intended for human consumption. Any product which has not been introduced with colors or flavors or synthetic substance is an unprocessed food. We therefore consider unprocessed product as natural product and strive to provide the same to you. Certain products which require necessary processing before becoming a consumable product are subjected to such processing, as permitted or practised.
