How to use?
Soak this nutty and mild flavoured dal in water for 10 minutes before cooking it. You can pressure cook this delicious dal and add some finely chopped onions, ginger and turmeric for the final touch of perfection. It can also be used to prepare wholesome khichdi. In South India, it is parboiled and used as salads in combination with other vegetables like carrot, beans and beetroot.
